The Speed Control and Regulatory Fines department is subordinate to the Riot and Traffic Police. The employees of this department provide an important and relieving contribution in the back office by processing speed measurement and regulatory fine data for the staff on the front line.
For the Speed Monitoring and Regulatory Fines service in Altdorf, we are looking for a committed individual from 1 October 2026 or by arrangement.

Tasks
- Evaluation and processing of speed measurement data
- Determination and verification of owner and driver information
- Drafting of offence reports and monitoring of cases
- Preparation and dispatch of mutual legal assistance requests domestically and abroad
- Creation of notification reports and forwarding them to the responsible authorities
- Responding to oral and written enquiries
- General administrative tasks
Expectations
- Completed basic training as a commercial clerk EFZ
- Foreign language skills in Italian, French, English
- Confident use of MS Office applications
- Fluent expression in German, both spoken and written
- Quick comprehension, independent and precise working style
- Solution- and service-oriented working
- Discretion, composure and resilience are required
- Confident, well-groomed appearance as well as good oral and written communication
