The Asset Management division of Zürcher Kantonalbank is the second largest provider in Switzerland with over CHF 346 billion assets under management (as of 31.05.2026) and around 280+ investment experts. The "Technical Real Estate Asset Management" team is responsible for defining and implementing property strategies, managing key tenants and clients, as well as controlling and monitoring external service providers. Its task is to achieve an optimised, sustainable return for our investors. To complement the team, we are looking for an entrepreneurial and well-qualified individual. You can expect a responsible and varied role in a dynamic team. With your expertise and initiative, you can and should make a difference.
Your tasks
- Owner representation for a real estate portfolio with residential use in the German-speaking and Western Switzerland regions
- Development and implementation of standard and property strategies
- Leadership and coordination of external property management companies and other service providers
- Return and budget responsibility for the assigned properties
- Analysis of tenant needs and continuous tenant support
- Monitoring of real estate markets and proposals/applications for appropriate corrective measures or actions
- Participation in the further development of processes and the Management Information System
- Compliance with the defined qualitative and quantitative standards of the assigned real estate portfolio
Your profile
- Education in real estate management, e.g. real estate trustee, Bachelor, Master, etc.
- Experience in real estate asset management
- Independent and structured working style is required
- High degree of flexibility, ability to work in a team and to handle diverse challenges
- Delegation and strong implementation skills are important
- Negotiation skills in German, French and English are an advantage
