- You actively contribute to achieving the branch's objectives
- You understand and embody Ochsner Sport's sales philosophy and thus help to enthuse our customers
- You are responsible for preparing and monitoring staff and leave planning
- You confidently use the till and other digital devices such as smartphones and tablets to ensure the smooth running of the sales process
- You actively support the implementation of merchandising rules to always present our products optimally
- You have a basic sales training with a federal certificate of competence, preferably in the sports sector
- At least 3-5 years of experience in retail, ideally in the sports sector, are required
- Solid knowledge of the sports sector is necessary
- You have already gained initial experience in personnel management
- You have excellent command of French; knowledge of other national languages is an advantage
- You maintain honest and respectful relationships with colleagues and superiors and always keep your composure, even in special sales situations or during busy periods
