Your tasks:

• Central customer support: You take on the support of business clients and ensure a high-quality service.
• Efficient processing: You are responsible for the administrative handling of business client openings and support the optimisation of the corresponding processes.
• Interface management: You work closely with internal specialist departments and the commercial client team to ensure smooth collaboration.
• Quality assurance: You actively contribute to increasing the quality and efficiency in the support of our centrally managed customers.
• Development perspective: If interested and suitable, we offer you the opportunity to develop into personal consulting of commercial clients or managing your own client portfolio.
• Customer service with heart: Service as a core task – you commit with head and heart to the needs of our customers.

This is how you succeed:

• Completed banking apprenticeship/internship with initial professional experience in banking
• Confident knowledge of banking products and basic services
• Passion for customer contact and a service-oriented, proactive personality
• Team spirit combined with organisational skills
• Curiosity about financial markets and economic trends
• Local contacts and knowledge of regional conditions are a plus
