Your task
Program and operate 3-D coordinate measuring machines
Comply with internal guidelines and customer specifications when measuring and inspecting precision parts
Perform measurement tasks and their documentation
Conduct initial sampling, validations of new projects including creation of all documentation
Record measurement results
Act as a hub between development and production
Create quality reports for suppliers, demand, evaluate and follow up on improvement measures
Define key topics related to quality and, together with suppliers, customers and production, bring about sustainable improvements
Prepare supplier evaluations based on quality analyses
Continuous improvement/optimisation of quality processes
What we are looking for
Completed basic training as a polymechanic or similar
Ideally completed further training in the field of quality
Practical experience in metrology and quality inspection
Experience with Wenzel metrology is an advantage
Confident handling of MS Office and ERP knowledge
High commitment and quality awareness as well as good communication and teamwork skills
Good German language skills, spoken and written
Good spoken English skills are an advantage
Assertiveness and good presentation skills complete your profile
