Do you enjoy organising, communicate confidently and keep an overview even with diverse tasks? As a commercial property manager, you can expect a varied role with responsibility and direct contact with tenants, as well as close collaboration with internal contacts. With your organisational talent, you ensure smooth processes and efficient management of our properties.

Your tasks

• Processing terminations, creating and adjusting rental contracts, addenda and permits
• Contact person for tenants, authorities and coordination with internal interfaces, especially technical management
• Organising and coordinating apartment handovers and takeovers
• Checking apartment applications according to our rental guidelines
• Managing our waiting list and creating apartment offers
• Handling legal cases in the management area and participating in conciliation and settlement negotiations, monitoring dunning lists, processing insurance claims
• Supporting relocations/new rentals after renovations as well as during construction/warranty inspections
• Administrative coordination of our guest apartments, including reservation management
• Taking on additional tasks or projects, depending on need and capacity

Your profile

• Completed commercial or technical basic training as well as further training as a property management clerk; the federal specialist certificate is an advantage
• Professional experience in property management
• Good knowledge of M-365, Abacus (AbaImmo) is an advantage
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Interest in the cooperative idea
