LANDI Mittelthurgau is an agricultural cooperative in the heart of the canton of Thurgau, operating in the agricultural and retail sectors as well as in heating and fuel oils. We manage four agricultural locations for fodder, seed, plant nutrition, and plant protection. In the Leimbach fruit cold store, we store and sort organic and table fruit in collaboration with fruit processors. In our regional economic area, we operate eight retail stores with a main range of food products. Additionally, we run a LANDI market in Weinfelden and Kreuzlingen. Under the AGROLA brand, LANDI Mittelthurgau operates eight filling stations, two of which have TopShop and two car wash facilities. LANDI Mittelthurgau employs around 150 staff.
For our Volg Zihlschlacht, we are seeking immediately or by arrangement a leadership personality for the position of Deputy Branch Manager 80% - 100%.
Your areas of responsibility
- Supporting the branch manager in daily business as well as independently leading in their absence
- Organising and implementing operational processes (e.g. staff scheduling, product presentation, store layout)
- Handling payments via modern cash register
- Managing the sales assortment inventory
- Ensuring compliance with prescribed order and cleanliness
