The Limmattal Hospital thrives on interdisciplinary collaboration. The team members of the medical administration support the medical staff in all administrative matters and work closely with nursing and all other departments. The entire medical administration is under a single management, which further strengthens and simplifies interdisciplinary cooperation. Planning and coordination of the daily secretarial routine
- Ensuring an efficient and well-organised work organisation
- Responsible for a friendly and smooth reception of our patients
- Receiving and recording written and telephone registrations as well as sending admission confirmations and summons
- Organisation and scheduling of inpatient and day-patient stays
- Management and processing of the disposition mailbox
- Management and processing of the secretarial mailbox
- Telephone operation and providing telephone information
- Writing and correcting all reports of gastroenterology and hepatology from dictation
- Organisation and electronic dispatch of documents, files and reports
You
Completed commercial vocational training with further training as a medical and hospital secretary or training as an MPA EFZ
- Professional experience in a comparable role is an advantage
- Empathetic and diplomatic personality with strong communication skills
- Remain calm, balanced and solution-oriented even in hectic or demanding situations
- Reliable, independent and service-oriented working style
- KISIM experience is an advantage
- Flexibility and openness to changes and new challenges
