Clerk*in Invoice Verification

The following tasks are part of your area of responsibility:

Control and posting of supplier invoices in SAP, including EDI invoices and handling of special cases
Recording and booking of credit notes after direct clarifications with suppliers
Posting and control of goods receipts in SAP, including coordination with shop managers and handling of open items
Training and support of shop management in SAP accounting as well as introduction of new employees to specialist topics
Active participation in projects and process optimizations, especially in the area of EDI and SAP processes

Your profile:

Commercial basic training as well as professional experience in a comparable function
Very good SAP knowledge
Confident handling of MS Office applications
Independent, flexible and service-oriented
Precise, speedy and structured way of working
Resilient, reliable, motivated and integral personality
Very good knowledge of German spoken and written
