About the job
Your responsibilities include
- Responsibility for effective, result- and patient-oriented care within your own area of leadership
- Professional, organisational and personnel management as well as targeted promotion of employees
- Planning, organisation and coordination of workflows according to quality standards
- Implementation of overarching goals within your own area of leadership
- Close interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration as well as active participation on the ward are a matter of course for you
- Active involvement in the further development of care as well as in future-oriented organisational, quality and care projects
You bring with you
- Willingness to start with the team at 07:00 in the morning and actively work with patients
- Qualification as a Dipl. Registered Nurse HF / FH
- Experience in caring for mentally ill patients
- Leadership experience with appropriate further training (CAS) or willingness to attend such further training
- Very good IT skills (KISIM advantageous)
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
