Job Description
Reporting to internal teams (Sales, Projects, Purchasing, Accounting), you play a central role in managing, securing and optimising the company’s contractual commitments.
You ensure the complete management of the contract lifecycle (clients, suppliers, subcontractors), from drafting to archiving, guaranteeing their legal, regulatory and operational compliance.
In this capacity, your main tasks include:
- Managing the flow, status and tracking of contracts in the CRM
- Verifying the legal and regulatory compliance of contracts (SIA standards, CO, construction law, etc.)
- Participating in the drafting, review and negotiation of contracts and specific clauses
- Coordinating validation and signature processes (including electronic signature)
- Monitoring key contractual deadlines (validity, renewals, guarantees, lifting of reservations)
- Maintaining and developing contract models, templates and internal procedures
- Advising internal departments on contractual, financial, technical and operational aspects
- Supporting teams in risk management, claims and contractual disputes
- Ensuring legal monitoring and guaranteeing a reliable and compliant document organisation
- Defining and monitoring contract performance indicators (KPIs) to improve processes and internal satisfaction
- Raising awareness and training teams on contractual issues related to their activities
Qualifications
We are looking for a professional with a legal education or solid experience in contract management. Good knowledge of the construction sector is an asset, as is mastery of SIA standards and the Code of Obligations (CO).
You have excellent writing and analytical skills and are comfortable with digital tools (CRM, contract tracking, electronic signature, workflows, templates). Organised, rigorous and reliable, you communicate easily, collaborate effectively across teams and know how to negotiate, anticipate risks and manage sensitive situations with pragmatism and team spirit.
