Activation Specialist 80-100%

• You support and accompany our residents
• You design the activation offer for a residential area
• You clarify the needs, plan, implement and evaluate activating daily activities and activation therapy offers throughout the house
• You assist in the planning and organization as well as the implementation of activities, excursions and events
• You accompany the residents in handicraft, manual and musical areas
• You contribute to the seasonal decoration in the activation area
• You put the independence and self-determination of the residents at the center and orient yourself according to their needs
• You work with external partners

• You have completed training as an activation specialist HF, specialist in activating care (FAB) or as a specialist for everyday design and activation
• Ideally experience in a dementia department
• Good oral and written German skills
• You have a responsible and independent way of working as well as joy in diverse challenges
• You have experience and enjoy working with people
• You have high social competence and flexibility as well as a warm and humorous basic attitude
