Your Tasks
- Your attitude is appreciative and respectful towards the people entrusted to us
- Your understanding of care and support is resident-centred and oriented to the needs of the people
- You can design everyday-appropriate care offers based on biographical work concepts
- Your understanding of care is modern and you are familiar with the principles of validation
- We need employees who want to contribute, co-develop, co-design and help drive a new build forward
What You Bring
- We are looking for nursing professionals and care staff - professionals with training in dementia and palliative care
- Work experience in caring for people with dementia and/or psychiatric conditions
- Good oral and written German skills
