Together with your 12-member team, you shape the future of the Fund Desk (Execution Third-Party Funds) & Settlement. You ensure the efficient processing of securities trades. By dividing into three subteams, you cover a wide range of tasks and maintain close communication with internal and external interfaces. You work closely with the trading department and other internal stakeholders. Your focus is on high process quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You live our values daily and actively contribute your ideas.
Your Responsibilities
- Leading, coaching, and developing the team to achieve sustainable success together and create a positive, future-oriented work culture
- Responsible for the correct and timely processing of subscriptions and redemptions of funds and hedge funds
- Ensuring end-to-end processing, including on Swiss public holidays
- Representing the department to counterparties, trading departments, and internal stakeholders on technical matters
- Optimising and further developing existing processes as well as implementing new ones
Your Profile
- Completed higher education (HF, FH, ETH, University) or equivalent further training
- Several years of professional experience in banking operations, ideally with a focus on fund and settlement processing
- Experience in leadership topics such as team development and people management
- Strong professional and technical understanding in your area of responsibility
- Willingness to work shifts and on public holidays (Monday to Friday, 08:00–23:30)
- You are characterised by high flexibility, resilience, and a strong quality awareness
- Very good German and English skills as well as confident communication abilities
