Service Technician 100%

Your tasks:

• You troubleshoot faults on oil heating systems directly at the customer’s premises
• You carry out maintenance and servicing work on existing systems
• You professionally commission new heating systems
• You advise our customers on service contracts and spare parts
• You take on on-call duty approximately once a month

• Completed training as a chimney sweep, polymechanic, automation technician, or with a comparable technical background
• You enjoy working independently, are reliable and resilient
• You bring a high level of customer and service orientation
• You are willing to learn and want to familiarise yourself with a new field
• You communicate clearly, kindly, and with high social competence
• You enjoy being on the road daily in the region
