• You independently carry out all service tasks in our restaurant
• You attentively and courteously welcome and care for our guests
• You serve food and drinks professionally and with a smile
• You perform mise-en-place tasks and lovingly set tables
• You actively support the team during events and banquets
• You prepare trays and service for the ordered lunches of our residents
• Depending on workload, you also assist with service in the care departments
• You ensure compliance with hygiene regulations and maintain cleanliness of equipment and materials

• Several years of professional experience in an establishment with refined service, ideally in the hotel sector
• Empathy and understanding in dealing with elderly and sick people
• Host mentality with heart and genuine joy in contact with people
• Team spirit, reliability as well as flexibility and resilience
• Very good German skills and understanding of Swiss German
• Willingness to work weekend shifts
