For Senevita Pilatusblick in Ebikon we are looking for a Team Leader Domestic Services 80% starting 1 January 2027 or by arrangement.

Your Tasks

• Professional and personnel management of the domestic services team
• Active participation in day-to-day operations (cleaning and laundry supply)
• Planning and coordination of daily workflows
• Ensuring hygiene and quality standards
• Duty and holiday planning
• Material management and cost control
• Training and support of employees
• Close cooperation with nursing, kitchen and other departments

Your Profile

• Training in the field of domestic services
• Professional experience, ideally in elderly care and nursing
• Leadership experience is an advantage
• Enjoyment of practical work and team leadership
• Organisational skills and sense of responsibility
• Independent, flexible and solution-oriented working style
• Respectful interaction with residents and employees
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
