- Conduct daily rounds and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Report completed tasks and manage all incoming tickets efficiently.
- Handle repairs, improvements, and assist in emergency interventions.
Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Facility Services or similar roles.
- Strong PC skills, especially in MS Office.
- Excellent German communication skills, English is a plus.

Technical Caretaker 100%- Daily rounds
- Documentation of regular safety rounds
- Reporting of completed tasks to the client
- Handling and processing of all incoming tickets
- Carrying out repairs and improvement work
- Responsibility for first intervention
- Support during second interventions in case of malfunctions
- Participation in emergency organisation
- At least 3 years of professional experience in facility services or similar activities
- Good PC skills (MS Office)
- Very good German skills, spoken and written
- English skills are an advantage
