We are looking to strengthen our Time Tracking Support team in Dübendorf with a committed individual who enjoys taking responsibility, understands customers, and accompanies projects from the idea to successful implementation.

With us, you combine project management, customer consulting, and software. You work independently, think solution-oriented, and stay close to the customer and the team. Your main tasks

• You analyse customer requirements, recognise their needs, and develop suitable solutions.
• You plan and coordinate projects from conception to successful introduction.
• You accompany customers throughout the entire project and ensure professional implementation.
• You coordinate internal and external participants and ensure that deadlines, requirements, and quality are kept in view.
• You conduct workshops, presentations, and training sessions with our customers.
• You support the further development of our software solutions and actively incorporate customer feedback.
• Even after the introduction, you remain an important contact person for our customers.

Your profile

• Commercial, business administration, or technical training or a corresponding degree.
• Interest in software, digital solutions, and modern working methods.
• Ideally, you have initial experience in project management, customer consulting, or a comparable role; motivated juniors and career changers are also welcome.
• You love working independently and in a structured way and value reliability.
• You understand complex contexts and can communicate them clearly.
• You enjoy communicating, present confidently, and take pleasure in direct contact with customers.
• You think entrepreneurially, like to get involved yourself, and take on responsibility.
• You have excellent German skills and good spoken French or English skills.
