• You plan and lead internal audits to ensure the effectiveness of our integrated management system
• You prepare external audits and confidently accompany them with customers, certification bodies, and authorities
• You ensure the further development and maintenance of the management system according to ISO 9001 (including IRIS/ISO 22163), ISO 14001, and ISO 45001
• You conduct conformity checks and derive effective measures
• You analyse, optimise, and standardise existing processes in terms of efficiency and quality
• You support projects in quality planning and ensure robust quality assurance
• You work closely with various departments and advise them on quality-related issues

• You have several years of experience in quality and process management, ideally in an industrial environment
• You can demonstrate a basic education at university level (FH/Uni) in business administration, engineering, or a comparable field
• You bring sound knowledge of the standards ISO 9001 (22163), ISO 14001, and ISO 45001
• You have experience in planning and conducting internal and external audits
• You possess practical knowledge in quality planning in projects and are familiar with common quality control and quality assurance methods of a manufacturing company
• Ideally, you have experience with Lean Management, Kaizen, and KVP methods
• You have knowledge in process modelling, preferably with BPMN 2.0
• You convince with a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style and communicate confidently and appropriately in German and English
