Young Talent Specialist 80 – 100 % (m/f/d)

As part of the Business Unit Shared Services (SHS) of Hamilton Bonaduz AG, this area takes on central tasks for the Hamilton companies. Teams in HR, IT, Corporate Communication, Facilities, and Finance ensure that processes run smoothly and employees worldwide are optimally supported.
What you can achieve:
- Overall responsibility for vocational training (around 65 apprentices in 11 different professions)
- Ensuring high-quality basic education in cooperation with trainers, line managers, and external partners
- Recruitment of apprentices including organization and execution of information and trial days, Future Day, and vocational training fairs
- Support and coaching of trainers as well as accompanying apprentices throughout their entire training
- Further development of the training program in various professions as well as implementation of educational concepts and guidelines
- Planning, coordination, and monitoring of all educational processes (qualification procedures, educational reports, location discussions, etc.)
- Project work in the area of talent promotion and students
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements (BBG, BBV) and internal guidelines
What you bring with you:
- Completed vocational training with advanced education (e.g., trainer, instructor with a federal certificate, HR specialist certificate, or comparable)
- Several years of experience in vocational training, ideally in a larger company
- High social competence, empathy, and enjoyment in working with young people
- Organizational strength, negotiation skills, and assertiveness
- Confident German and good English skills
