Property Manager 80-100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF90,000 - 105,000Role:
Do you want to advance your career as a Property Manager with our Rocken partner? In this key position, you are responsible for the efficient management and care of our properties. Be part of a motivated team that focuses on quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- You independently manage a broad portfolio of properties and ensure their smooth operation
- You are the main contact person for owners and interested parties, resolving enquiries and coordinating solutions
- You plan, coordinate and supervise maintenance measures and renovation projects to preserve the value of the properties
- You prepare and review rental and lease agreements in accordance with legal requirements and ensure clear and comprehensible billing
- You monitor incoming payments and optimise budget planning for operating and ancillary costs
- You organise viewings and support lettings to maximise the occupancy of the properties
- You proactively support marketing activities to increase the attractiveness and awareness of our properties
Qualifications:
- You have completed training in property management or a comparable qualification
- You bring several years of professional experience in property management and are familiar with the industry
- You possess sound knowledge of real estate law as well as technical and commercial facility management
- You are strong in communication, customer-oriented and convince with your negotiation skills
- You have a good command of the German language both spoken and written; additional language skills are an advantage
