Construction Foreman: Civil Engineering and Road Construction
Your Contribution with Us
- Deployment as a construction foreman in the areas of civil engineering, demolition, earthworks and road construction in the Eastern Switzerland region
- Independent handling and execution of construction projects, as well as acquisition, bid processing and bid preparation
- Management of the companies involved in construction from the start of construction to the completion of warranty work
- Preparation of work calculations and site result control
- Responsibility for site organisation, quantity surveying and billing as well as maintenance of work calculations
- Control of the construction process and site results
- Implementation and co-responsibility for work preparation and site organisation
- Accurate and timely quantity surveying and billing
- Responsibility for cost, schedule and quality issues
- Participation and shaping of innovation topics in construction (e.g. BIM)
What Counts for Us
- Completed basic training in construction with further training to become a certified construction foreman and/or engineer or equivalent
- Several years of experience as a construction foreman in civil and road construction is an advantage
- Convincing and confident appearance in negotiations
- Winning personality with a strong customer orientation
- Very good MS Office skills and experience with RIB iTWO is an advantage
- High commitment and reliability
- Assertiveness, entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as a strong goal orientation
- Teamwork and leadership experience, negotiation skills, flexibility as well as an independent and responsible working style complete your profile
