Under the leadership of Rolf Auf der Maur (pioneer of Swiss digital law) and David Rosenthal (renowned data law expert and head of our Legal Innovation Lab), we support our national and international clients – from innovative startups to global tech corporations – through digital transformation. For this purpose, we also develop agents based on our AI solution Red Ink.

Your role in our team: What you will achieve

• Future shaper: You will accompany pioneering projects around artificial intelligence (AI), cloud computing, blockchain and digital business models.
• Strong negotiator: You draft and negotiate complex IT, licence, AI and data protection contracts (also under the Swiss Data Protection Act and GDPR) in an international environment.
• Strategic advisor: You provide advisory support to our clients on all questions of technology, media and telecommunications law.
• Advocate: You represent the interests of our clients with commitment in technology-related proceedings before courts and authorities.
• Innovator: You work closely with our Legal Innovation Lab and help us make legal advice of tomorrow even more efficient through smart tools.

What you bring: Your profile

• Foundation: You have successfully completed your Swiss law studies and hold a Swiss lawyer’s licence.
• Technological curiosity: You already have some professional experience in the TMT field or have a demonstrably strong, genuine interest in IT, media, data and AI.
• Analytical acumen: You have the ability to quickly grasp highly complex technical matters and translate them into pragmatic legal solutions.
• Linguistic fluency: You communicate confidently and precisely in German and English (French is a welcome plus).
• Personality: You are characterised by initiative, a solution-oriented mindset and above all genuine team spirit.
