- Demand-oriented scheduling of central warehouse customers
- Processing of internal orders
- Management and structured filing of delivery notes
- Support and representation of the dispatch team
- Competent customer care
- Maintaining customer contacts (internal and external)
- Cost optimisation and cost control
- ERP applications in the dispatch/warehouse operation
- Collaboration with the departments of production, purchasing, warehouse, marketing, and sales
- Work assignments mainly in the mornings
Why you will succeed in this...
- Completed commercial training, training in logistics/dispatch
- Experience in warehouse and dispatch
- Very good German skills spoken and written
- English and French skills are an advantage
- Knowledge of Abacus ERP system is an advantage
- PC application Microsoft Office
