Technical Product Manager / Application Engineer Industrial Automation

What to expect

• Technical advice to customers and sales in the selection, design and integration of automation solutions
• Product responsibility for the areas of valve technology, sensors and industrial communication
• Development and management of customer-specific projects and solutions
• Collaboration with international Technical Centres
• 3rd-level support as well as analysis and resolution of complex technical faults
• Conducting customer and employee training sessions as well as creating technical documentation

What you bring

• Technical basic training (e.g. automation technician EFZ, polymechanic EFZ or comparable) with further education HF (automation, systems engineering, mechatronics) or the motivation to complete such part-time
• Experience with automation platforms such as Siemens TIA Portal or comparable systems
• Enjoyment of customer contact and solving technical challenges
• Independent, analytical and solution-oriented working style
• Very good German and good English skills
• Willingness to travel for customer visits in Switzerland
