About the job

Responsible for the correct maintenance of organizational, personnel master, and contract data for an assigned personnel area (payroll and posting runs are carried out by central HR fenaco)
Recording and processing all payroll-relevant changes from entry to exit, including monthly plausibility checks and quality assurance tasks (ICS)
Clarifying and handling payroll accounting and posting-related questions (account assignment, use of wage types, etc.)
Analyzing and correcting errors or ambiguities
Clarifying and handling social security-related tasks in
connection with AHV, family allowances, EO, withholding tax, health and accident insurance
Clarifying and handling questions related to time management (absences, balances) as well as finance (posting of wage types)
Creating reports and statistics
Ensuring the implementation of adjustments and further developments in the area of responsibility

Service partners in all payroll matters

Commercial training with completed relevant further education in HR, preferably in payroll or social insurance
Proven practical professional experience in a comparable function
In-depth knowledge of Swiss payroll specifics
Good application knowledge of SAP HCM and its standard functionalities is an advantage
Experience in dealing with numbers and questions related to social insurance
Independent, service-oriented, and structured working style
Confident German in spoken and written form, French is an advantage
