About the job
- Responsible for the correct maintenance of organizational, personnel master, and contract data for an assigned personnel area (payroll and posting runs are carried out by central HR fenaco)
- Recording and processing all payroll-relevant changes from entry to exit, including monthly plausibility checks and quality assurance tasks (ICS)
- Clarifying and handling payroll accounting and posting-related questions (account assignment, use of wage types, etc.)
- Analyzing and correcting errors or ambiguities
- Clarifying and handling social security-related tasks in
- connection with AHV, family allowances, EO, withholding tax, health and accident insurance
- Clarifying and handling questions related to time management (absences, balances) as well as finance (posting of wage types)
- Creating reports and statistics
- Ensuring the implementation of adjustments and further developments in the area of responsibility
- Contact person for employees, line managers, and HR business like
- Commercial training with completed relevant further education in HR, preferably in payroll or social insurance
- Proven practical professional experience in a comparable function
- In-depth knowledge of Swiss payroll specifics
- Good application knowledge of SAP HCM and its standard functionalities is an advantage
- Experience in dealing with numbers and questions related to social insurance
- Independent, service-oriented, and structured working style
- Confident German in spoken and written form, French is an advantage
