You keep the threads together and ensure that orders, information and pending tasks reliably progress. In this versatile role, you coordinate different stakeholders, keep an overview even with several parallel topics and are an important contact point for internal and external contacts.

What awaits you

• You create, send and manage nationwide orders for technical systems and facility management processes.
• You coordinate orders, collect feedback and consistently follow up on deadlines and pending tasks within the key account mandates.
• You maintain and develop the central project, task and pending portfolio including status, responsibilities, deadlines and next steps.
• You coordinate collaboration between operational units, technical specialists and the relevant data and process landscapes.
• You handle internal and external customer enquiries and ensure their reliable follow-up.
• You prepare data and evaluations and support reporting with MS Office.
• You organise and conduct meetings and training sessions.

What you bring

• Training as a Technical Clerk with a federal certificate, commercial training EFZ with an interest in technology or technical basic training EFZ with proven commercial experience
• Strong organisational talent as well as a structured, independent and reliable working style
• Enjoyment in coordination, communication and collaboration with different stakeholders
• Confident, customer-oriented and committed manner
• Proactive and communicative personality who likes to approach people and actively drive topics forward
• Quick comprehension and networked thinking
• High personal responsibility, resilience and perseverance
