Your Role:
Contribute to a new greenfield project for a MedTech client.
Help define technological standards and support architecture decisions with Rust.
Collaborate with an experienced C++/C# developer team and support their transition to Rust.
Be part of building a Rust competence center.
Help shape the project from the ground up.
Your Profile:
University degree (ETH, FH, Uni, HF) in Computer Science or equivalent.
At least 8 years of experience in software development, including 3 years using Rust.
Strong expertise in C/C++ and Embedded Linux; experience with C#/.NET is a plus.
Experience with real-time requirements in embedded systems.
Experience with Docker and Messaging in distributed systems.
Ability to support and upskill developers from other paradigms in Rust.
Experience with CI/CD using Azure DevOps (e.g., Cargo pipelines).
Excellent English skills are essential, German language skills are an advantage.
Willingness to travel to the client site 2-3 days per week.
