Foreman Special Cleaning

We are looking for you: Foreman Special Cleaning (m/f/d) – 100%
Are you ready to reach new heights in special cleaning? For our dynamic team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an experienced and motivated foreman special cleaning who takes responsibility and confidently masters demanding assignments at height.
Your main tasks
- Leadership & deployment planning: Independent organisation and management of assignments in special cleaning (including façade, glass, construction and special cleaning) as well as professional leadership of the cleaning team on site.
- Work safety & execution: Carrying out cleaning work at height in strict compliance with all safety regulations.
- Quality control: Ensuring our high quality standards and acceptance of the work together with the customer.
- Customer contact: Contact person for customers and site managers on site.
- Material & equipment: Arranging the provision, maintenance and servicing of special equipment, aerial work platforms and PPE against falls.
Your profile
- Experience: Several years of professional experience in special cleaning, ideally with initial leadership experience.
- Certificates (mandatory):
- Valid IPAF card (operation of aerial work platforms).
- Proven PPE training (personal protective equipment against falls).
- Driving experience: Driving licence category B (category BE/trailer advantageous).
- Profile: No fear of heights, physical fitness and high safety awareness.
- Soft skills: Reliability, organisational skills, customer orientation and good German language skills, both spoken and written.
