In this versatile and demanding role, you will take on the following tasks:

• Active support in the implementation & de-implementation of mandates
• Creation of reports, analyses, processes and concepts
• Preparation of documentation of properties
• Maintenance planning of mandates in Planon (CFM)
• Planon power user function including support & training
• Active participation in the digital transformation
• Active support in onboarding new employees

• Technical basic training in HVACSE or electrical is desirable
• Further education Bachelor of Science Facility Management with technical and commercial background
• Project experience is an advantage
• Enjoyment in exchanging with various internal and external customers
• Independent & structured way of working
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting (forward-thinking, planning)
• Very good IT user skills/MS Office (digital working environment)
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• English skills are an advantage.
• Possession of a valid driving licence category B
