Social Insurance Specialist (80 - 100 %)
This is your job:
- Administration and management of care financing and AHV branch – invoice verification
- Advice for retirees regarding supplementary benefits (as a complement to SAV Zurich) – low-threshold, understandable and supportive
- Professional advice and support in the area of old age: You work closely with the age officer, assist in advisory discussions and take on professionally specialised tasks around care, health and financing
- Coordination with service providers, interface to the SVA, Spitex organisations etc. and professional exchange with other municipalities
- Professional collaboration in regional working groups on care financing and health
You bring with you:
- Sound knowledge of social insurance law, health law or care financing
- Strong communication skills and empathy in dealing with residents in difficult situations
- Good mathematical and logical understanding of complex billing structures
- Precise and responsible way of working
- Networked thinking and enjoyment of exchange with other municipalities and specialist offices
