In nine municipalities in the Leimental region, we offer inpatient and outpatient nursing and care services. This offering is complemented by the possibility of partial inpatient stays in the senior day and night centre. To strengthen our Spitex Solothurnisches and Mittleres Leimental we are looking for an immediate or agreed appointment for a:
Specialist Responsibility for Nursing Development - Spitex (50%)
Your tasks with us:
- Promotion and further development of evidence-based nursing & quality
- Implementation and evaluation of nursing processes and concepts in close cooperation with the relevant interfaces
- Assistance in direct nursing and taking over case management in complex client situations if required
- Professional representation of Spitex at ERFA & working groups
- Leadership and/or participation in specialist projects
- Participation in the assessment of nursing needs (RAI-HC)
Our expectations of you:
Completed training as a certified nurse HF
Experience in outpatient care and with RAI-HC is an advantage
High social competence, sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team
Enjoyment of innovation and change
Very good German language skills, spoken and written
