Polygrapher / Graphic Designer (m/f/d) - Fixed Term 12 Months
Workload: 100% / Location: Sursee

Your area of responsibility
- Conceptualisation, design and implementation of print and digital media (e.g. flyers, promotions, POS materials and other advertising media)
- Creation and optimisation of e-commerce content, landing pages, newsletters and digital campaign assets
- Graphic implementation of window communication as well as creation of print-ready data
- Design and adaptation of marketing materials for B2B, B2C and outlet
- Collaboration in the production of videos, social media content, live broadcasts and digital signage
- Development of creative concepts in cooperation with internal stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with corporate design and maintenance of the image database
- Support of the marketing team in day-to-day business as well as in sales meetings and marketing projects
- Active use of AI tools and continuous development in the field of artificial intelligence
What is important to us
- Completed training as a graphic designer or polygrapher as well as several years of professional experience
- Very good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (especially InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) on macOS
- High affinity for digital media and current design trends
- Experience with AI tools as well as knowledge in animation and video editing are an advantage
- Creative personality with a pronounced sense for design, typography and fashion
- Structured, independent and efficient way of working
- Networked thinking as well as a high team and customer orientation
- Very good German skills, additional languages (English, French or Italian) are an advantage
