Your skills and experience
- Completed apprenticeship as a construction or agricultural machinery mechanic with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) and relevant further training (e.g. workshop manager, technical business administrator or equivalent)
- Several years of experience in the maintenance and repair of construction machinery
- Leadership experience and leadership potential
- Strong organisational skills and entrepreneurial thinking
- Good German and IT skills (SAP & MS Office)
- Driving licence category B (DE licence advantageous)
- Assertive, resilient and team-oriented personality
Your area of responsibility
- Technical and personnel management of workshop staff
- Ensuring maintenance, repair and operational readiness of the entire machinery and vehicle fleet
- Administrative tasks including report control and master data maintenance (SAP)
- Scheduling of construction machinery in close cooperation with site managers and drivers
- Responsibility for the training and supervision of apprentices
