As a complement to our team, we are looking for an ambitious and practical construction manager/project leader (aged 35-50) with experience in the natural stone industry.

Your area of responsibility:

Independent project management and construction supervision are your strengths. You coordinate various construction sites and impress with pronounced leadership skills and trained communication abilities. On the front line, you are regarded as a competent, straightforward, and friendly contact person. You stand for absolute reliability, top-quality standards, and a high solution orientation. You independently handle quotation requests, advise, calculate prices, and prepare offers based on plans and specifications. You have your project documentation and controlling under control and always up to date.

Your profile:

You are a motivated and dynamic personality, love to think entrepreneurially, and have good grounding. As an original craftsman (stonemason, bricklayer, tiler, etc.) or with a corresponding background in the construction industry with further training in construction management/project leadership, you have successfully positioned yourself as a construction manager or project leader. You have several years of proven performance in leading construction projects with personnel responsibility and are very familiar with natural stones. You are strong in communication and do not shy away from confrontation. You are motivated and know how to inspire and lead employees. You have a quick grasp, a stable nerve, are flexible and resilient, and can remain calm and focus on the essentials even in hectic moments. You have pleasant manners and can deal with people at all levels. Things must be harmonious for you – you love the beautiful, the noble, and your work.
