Our interdisciplinary intensive care unit has 8 intensive care beds as well as 4 telemetry places. Annually, we care for around 96,000 patients at Limmattal Hospital.
The focus of our work is on high-quality, individual and patient-centred care as well as close interprofessional collaboration.
The postgraduate study in intensive care nursing deepens your professional competence and prepares you optimally for work in the specialised nursing field.

- Care and support of patients and relatives in complex, intensive care situations in a 3-shift system
- Independent organisation and responsibility for your own work area according to competencies
- Proper operation and monitoring of the most modern intensive care medical devices and monitoring systems
- Collaboration with trainers and the interprofessional team in practice
- Are a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF / FH (SRK recognition required)
- Have at least 1 year of professional experience in the acute sector in Switzerland
- Are a reliable, motivated and responsible personality
- Bring the willingness for independent and self-responsible learning
- Have very good German skills in spoken and written form (at least C1)
