About the job
Actively shape the risk-oriented handling of outsourcing in the Swiss financial center and monitor compliance with requirements for all financial market participants.
- Technical responsibility in the area of outsourcing risks (Outsourcing and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM))
- Assessment of the handling of risks in the area of outsourcing/TPRM for all FINMA supervised entities using various supervisory instruments (supervisory discussions; audit reports; data evaluations, etc.)
- Assuming technical leadership in on-site inspections on the topic of outsourcing/TPRM
- Support for various stakeholders in all questions related to outsourcing (within the framework of licensing applications, in outsourcing incidents, etc.)
- Further development of the FINMA-wide cross-sectional function as a competence center in the risk topic outsourcing/TPRM
- Completed technical and/or business education (university, university of applied sciences) or a comparable qualification
- Additional specialized training in risk management and/or audit (CISA, CIA, CRISC or comparable) is an advantage
- Solid practical experience (at least 5 years) in dealing with outsourcing/third-party risks, ideally in the financial, consulting, or audit environment
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Interest in varied and challenging activities with a lot of personal responsibility
- Strong communication skills as a convincing interlocutor in dialogue with supervised entities or other stakeholders, even in controversial discussions
- Very good German (C1) and French skills (C1), additional language skills (English, Italian) are an advantage
