Tanne is the competence centre in the German-speaking part of Switzerland for people with congenital deafblindness / dual sensory impairment and related multiple sensory disabilities as well as for people on the autism spectrum.

As part of quality assurance, we are establishing a new nursing service to further develop the nursing, care and hygiene concept. We are looking for an experienced person to start immediately or by arrangement

Dipl. Nurse HF/FH, 40-80%

Your tasks

• Co-designing the establishment and expansion of the nursing service
• Co-responsibility in the organisation and coordination of nursing processes
• Supporting the pedagogical team with treatment care
• Professional care of our clients taking their needs into account
• Promoting internal interdisciplinary collaboration
• Ensuring complete documentation and impeccable reporting
• Ensuring communication with external institutions (clinics, home care, medical practices, etc.)

Your profile

• Experienced individual as a Dipl. Nurse HF/FH
• Good oral and written German skills
• Organisational talent with precise working methods
• Independent and responsible
• Challenges ignite your passion
• Curious and open to learning together
• Interested in keeping your professional knowledge up to date through further training
