Line Leader at Packaging Machines (m/f) 100%

Your Tasks

• Executing and supervising the assigned production orders in compliance with the specified manufacturing instructions
• Leading, supporting, instructing, and promoting the assigned permanent and temporary staff on the line
• Carrying out IPC controls
• GMP-compliant recording and documentation of ongoing packaging/filling
• Performing material bookings in the ERP system (SAP)
• Responsible for meeting time and quantity targets with support from line management
• Responsible for compliance with cleanroom and GMP requirements
• Troubleshooting minor malfunctions on the machines
• Monitoring orders and material situation in cooperation with the production office
• Responsible for training new permanent and temporary staff on the line

Our Requirements

• Experience as a line leader at packaging machines (packaging, labelling, and coding) in the area of bottles/cans, preferably in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic (GMP), or food environment
• Leadership experience is an advantage
• Organisational talent and assertiveness
• Willingness to work shifts (3-shift system) and occasional Saturdays
• Good IT skills (machine operation, ERP systems, etc.)
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Experience with serialisation is an advantage
