What can you expect?
- You and your team are the business card of our bank at the location and ensure a friendly and dynamic presence on site.
- You identify customer potential through active and continuous management of the team customer portfolio.
- You conduct simple and standardised consultations in the areas of accounts, savings, pensions and investments.
- You develop needs-based solutions taking into account the customer’s life situation as well as within the framework of the segment-specific / customer-specific product range.
- You actively participate in target group-specific market development measures, especially in contact campaigns.
What do you bring with you?
- You have completed banking training or a comparable qualification.
- You have a quick grasp and a high willingness to provide service.
- You have a confident and winning manner and enjoy proactive customer contact.
