Case Manager Psychiatry Child Spitex, Certified Nursing Specialist HF/FH (a)
No night shifts
What you will achieve with us
- You are responsible for managing the nursing process
- You assess the care needs of the client, create the electronic nursing documentation and ensure the professional delivery of nursing services
- You provide nursing care at our clients’ homes
- You professionally accompany and support the assigned staff and coach them in complex care situations
- You network and contribute to the development of the child and adolescent psychiatry sector
What you bring with you
- Basic training as a nursing specialist HF/FH with further education in paediatric psychiatry or proven experience
- The systemic approach and family-centred care are natural to you
- You have a flair for administrative and organisational tasks and possess a high IT affinity
