Service Advisor (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

• Supporting our customers from appointment scheduling to vehicle return
• Customer reception and dialogue (express and walk-ins)
• Planning and coordinating work orders between workshop and customers
• Preparation of cost estimates
• Ensuring a smooth process of repair orders

• Compilation and explanation of transparent customer invoices

Qualifications:

• Successfully completed vocational training as an automotive mechatronics technician and further training as a customer service advisor
• Several years of professional experience in the premium automotive sector advantageous
• Very good knowledge of Porsche vehicles desirable
• Very good German and English skills required, ideally French skills
• Strong team and communication skills
• Confident handling of MS Office products
