About the job

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a person who enjoys practical work, acts carefully and reliably, and takes responsibility for ensuring that our powerbanks function reliably and our processes remain efficient.

CHIMPY – THE GREEN POWERBANK FOR RENT

Chimpy operates a powerbank sharing system that is now available at thousands of locations in Switzerland and abroad. Our powerbanks can be borrowed and returned, among others, at k kiosk, avec., Selecta and recently also Migrolino.

To ensure that our customers always receive functioning and fully charged powerbanks, our production team plays a central role. Here, powerbanks are tested, refurbished and prepared for the next use.

Your work ensures that thousands of customers can use a functioning and fully charged powerbank every day. At the same time, you contribute to orders being efficiently prepared and handed over punctually to our logistics partners.

Scanning, cleaning and refurbishing returned powerbanks

Quality control and preparation of powerbanks for the next use

Assisting with the organisation and tidiness of our warehouse (e.g. sorting pallets and packages)

Provision and handling of deliveries to our logistics partner

Support with other operational tasks

You work carefully and reliably and have an eye for detail

You like to get hands-on and work efficiently

Repetitive tasks do not bother you

You keep an overview even during higher workloads

You think ahead and help keep processes efficient

You enjoy working in a team and are flexible

Optional:

First experience in a production or logistics environment

Willingness to support other areas if needed, e.g. customer support or deliveries with our e-cargo bike

Hourly wage of CHF 27.60 (including holiday and public holiday allowances)

Work scheduling within regular working days Monday to Friday (daytime)

A small, collegial team with direct collaboration and short decision-making paths

A brand-new office in the MACH in the Koch area which we will move into in August 2026

The position is available immediately or by arrangement.
