Your tasks
- Administrative support of the faculty administrator in various matters (minute-taking, correspondence, appointment management, etc.)
- Collaboration in the administration of various committees and commissions
- Participation in internal and external communication as well as in the organisation of events
Desired profile
- At least a Federal VET Diploma as a commercial clerk
- Experience in administrative and organisational work
- Experience in the university or higher education sector
- Independent and structured way of working
- Very good planning and organisational skills
- Personal responsibility, flexibility and service orientation
- Confident German and French language skills (preferably bilingual)
