Job Description
- Responsibility is your element – you ensure smooth operations in the F&B outlets (restaurant & bar, kitchen, seminar rooms & event location)
- You lead and motivate your team through training, development, and by setting an example
- You are responsible for planning the F&B staff
- With your hands-on mentality, you show your active presence also in daily business
- With open and transparent communication, you achieve good collaboration with kitchen and service
- Collaboration with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience and maintain good teamwork
- You develop new F&B offers for our new F&B area
- You are in the here and now – based on current market and industry trends, you develop new ideas and concepts
- Numbers do not scare you – you are responsible for the F&B forecast, the entire F&B budget, and monitor and control cost management and revenue development
Qualifications
- Completed training or studies in the field of hospitality/gastronomy, with experience in F&B management, complemented by at least 5 years of professional experience
- An engaged personality with very good German and English skills, any additional language is a plus
- Being a host is close to your heart – guests as well as team members feel your enthusiasm
- You have leadership skills that inspire and advance your team
- You bring creativity and passion to develop menus and concepts with your team
- You have organizational talent and a sense for current trends
