What to expect

We are looking for a person who faces the challenges in payment transactions with heart and competence. These tasks include:

• You are a competent contact person for our internal and external customers in the area of payment transaction investigations, complaints and corrections.
• You process the compliance and fraud filter and contribute valuably with your team to fraud prevention and handling.
• Cleaning up outgoing and incoming non-STP payment transactions is part of your duties as well as the resulting follow-up tasks.
• You independently conduct investigations and correspond with our partner banks via SWIFT, email and telephone.
• You contribute your cooperation and know-how when testing Avaloq and its peripheral systems.

What you bring

• You have experience in the operational processing of incoming and outgoing payments for a bank.
• National and international payment services are familiar to you. SWIFT knowledge and experience in investigations are helpful.
• Experience with Avaloq and GMP Finastra as well as testing core banking systems is an advantage.
• Resilience, mental flexibility and a strong quality awareness are among your strengths.
• You enjoy teamwork as well as an independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working.
• You show willingness for personal development and commitment to proactively question existing processes, identify optimisation potential and document it.
• Good German and English skills, both spoken and written, are essential for our international payment flows. Your audience-appropriate communication skills complete your profile.
