HR Specialist / HR Expert 80%
Our HR Specialist and HR Expert is the right hand of the municipal clerk in personnel matters and the central contact point for around 100 employees. We are looking for someone to start immediately or by arrangement
Your area of responsibility
- Main responsibility for payroll processing of approximately 100 employees
- Advising employees and supervisors on salary, social insurance, and personnel law issues
- Independent recruitment of employees in cooperation with the line or the municipal clerk
- Responsibility for all HR processes
- Controlling working hours and absence management
- Leading and implementing HR projects
- Additional tasks according to suitability and interest
Your profile
- Commercial basic training with further education in HR with a federal diploma and affinity for law
- Several years of experience in the personnel field, preferably in public administration
- Sound knowledge in payroll accounting (Abacus)
- Trustworthy, collegial, and humorous person with high social competence
- Openness to new things and willingness to help shape and advance the strategic development of HR
- Independent, service-oriented, and reliable working style
- Very good oral and written expression in German
