What to expect

Microsoft Infrastructure & Collaboration Services

• Operation, administration and further development of Microsoft Teams and Exchange services
• Support, maintenance and further development of the Windows Server infrastructure in on-premises and hybrid environments
• Ensuring availability, stability and security of Microsoft platforms
• Analysis and resolution of incidents within the scope of incident management
• Planning and implementation of changes as well as participation in problem management
• Support of departments in the Microsoft 365 environment as well as client and server infrastructure
• Ensuring stable operation including participation in on-call duty (standby)
• Participation in the setup, operation and further development of the Azure Cloud platform in the Cloud Platform team
• Development and operation of cloud architectures with a focus on security, identity and networking
• Implementation and monitoring of security and compliance requirements (e.g. Defender for Cloud, Identity, Zero Trust, RBAC)
• Platform engineering and automation of deployments with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and scripting
• Close collaboration and support of teams during onboarding

What you bring professionally

• Completed training in computer science (EFZ, HF/FH or equivalent)
• Several years of experience in the Microsoft environment with a focus on Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange and Microsoft Teams
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 as well as hybrid Microsoft infrastructures
• Experience in operation and administration of Windows server platforms
• Good knowledge of Azure or strong interest in further developing in this area
• Experience with automation and scripting, especially PowerShell
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform) is an advantage
• Experience in IT service management (incident, change and problem management)
• Knowledge in the areas of identity management, security and Microsoft Entra ID is an advantage
