Your Area of Responsibility

• Assembly and testing of high-precision micro-parts according to work instructions
• Manufacture of micro-connectors with the highest quality requirements
• Operation and monitoring of semi-automatic systems in the microtechnology sector
• Conducting microscopic final inspections as well as proper packaging of products
• Feedback of production orders in the SAP system
• Booking of individual parts to production orders in the SAP system
• Ensuring the required quality standards and compliance with all relevant regulations
• Application and participation in the implementation of lean methods and continuous improvements
• Working in a cleanroom environment according to defined quality and process standards

Your Profile

• Technical or mechanical basic training or corresponding further education desirable
• Experience in assembly and processing of tiny parts (micro-parts) as well as handling optical aids
• Practical experience in operating and monitoring machines and systems, ideally with CNC-controlled systems
• Good technical understanding of production processes, equipment and semi-automated systems
• Confident handling of technical work instructions, specifications and documentation
• Very good eyesight, strong concentration ability and high fine motor skills
• Precise, quality-conscious and reliable working style
• Willingness to actively help shape new processes and contribute optimisation potential
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English skills advantageous
• Flexibility as well as willingness for overtime and shift work (3-shift)
