Coach/Job Coach for Vocational Integration

We are looking for immediate or agreed start

Internal case management and support of individuals in measures commissioned by the IV or social welfare offices as well as the sustainable (re)integration of individuals into the primary labour market

Conducting solution-oriented, workplace-related coaching of programme participants with the aim of job retention, reintegration, or vocational reorientation

Preparation of progress and final reports as well as managing client-related correspondence

Creation of controlling and evaluation tools of high quality

Supporting close and targeted cooperation with the IV and social welfare offices of the Canton of Bern, involved private insurers, and other external partners

Promoting collaboration with internal interdisciplinary teams

Completed vocational training and/or further education in the fields of job coaching, labour market integration, case management, or equivalent

Several years of professional experience, preferably in the vocational integration of people with mental illnesses

Knowledge of social law and sound understanding of the Swiss labour market

Service orientation, strong communication skills, solution-oriented advice, and negotiation skills

Fluent German and very good administrative competencies
